The Survival-to-Thriving Intensive Application

A 6-week guided group experience for high-achieving women who are tired of surviving their own success. The founding cohort is limited to 8 women and begins once at least 3 women are enrolled. Every application is read personally. Applying doesn’t commit you to anything.

The Survival-to-Thriving Intensive

A 6-week guided group coaching experience for professional women who are ready to move beyond survival mode and create a steadier, more aligned way of living.

This is for the woman who is always the strong one—the one who handles the responsibilities, supports everyone else, and keeps functioning even when she feels depleted inside.

Inside the Intensive, you will be supported as you:

Identify the patterns, obligations, and expectations that keep you in survival mode
Create realistic self-care and stress-management practices that fit your life
Strengthen boundaries at work, at home, and in relationships
Reconnect with your values, voice, needs, and deeper desires
Build a personal plan for sustainable wellbeing and aligned living
Receive support and accountability in a small group of women who understand
